Principle:077. Where there is contention, a multitude is sure to arise. Thus, after Contention, Multitude follows.
<Significance of the Gua>:
070. A leaders must be consistent through one project team. When a veteran of supreme morality and obedient to his master is assigned as a leader of the team, there brings good fortune. Otherwise the project should be stopped.
<Significance of the Yao>:
First Six:071. Now your project team has started. In all cases, the beginning is vital for the team to accomplish the goal. The team should be kept under control, sharing the significance and objective of the project among all members. Otherwise, the team might stumble on its way.
Second Nine:072. It is essential for a project to have a good leader to succeed well. If the leader has good character enough not only for customers and suppliers but for his president to be satisfied and trusted, then there brings good fortune. This will be successful for sure.
Third Six:073. The project will not succeed well since the team has been managed by a inferior leader. Some members maybe be sick at heart. Fundamental counter measures are necessary to be taken. Misfortune.
Fourth Six:074. Now is the time to focus on the retreat rather than going forward recklessly. It is one of the strategies to interrupt the project for the present and come back after reinforcing it. Then, there will be no major problem.
Fifth Six:075. When superior leader like you cannot manage all of sub-project teams, please delegate your authority to your subordinate leaders. However, even in this case, the subordinate should be trustworthy ones, otherwise the project becomes failure in spite of the justice of the assignment.
