＜Sequence of the Gua（The Ninth Wing of the Commentary）＞：
Approaching
Principle：197. When many things have happened and been remedied, one can approach greatness. Thus, after Remedying, Approaching follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
190. The difficulty has been overcome and you are looked up at from your companion as the leader. In this case, tenderness approaching to people with the dignity from your inside is necessary to bring good fortune. Negligent or domineering attitude will bring misfortune.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Nine：191. The way you have been approaching now as a leader is the right path, which makes people responsive. Please keep going forward straight with your spirit unchanged. There will be good fortune. In the end of Edo era of Japan, the ship's name of Kanrin-maru (Responsively approaching) was named after this Yao of I Ching which went out for the Japan-U.S. amity agreement for the first tme.
Second Nine：192. The way you have been approaching now as a leader is the right path, which makes people responsive. Please keep going forward straight with your spirit unchanged. There will be good fortune. In your case, people are responsive to your attitude of not following your superior blindly, which means you have priority over your own mission, not the demands by your superior.
Third Six：193. Your seem to approach sweetly and irresponsibly to people even though you are the leader of the team. If you see the error in your self-centered behavior, then the misfortune will not continue long.
Fourth Six：194. You are now at a commanding position, able to have a view from above and help people forward. One at this position is in a perfect situation and is able to lead subordinates by going forward with trust in harmony. No fault.
Fifth Six：195. You can wisely approach to people in the attitude of intelligence and dignity enough for a leader and make your subordinates look up at. Good fortune.
Top Six：196. Even though you've reached the climax position as a leader, you still approach to your subordinate sincerely and humbly, which presages good fortune for both the leader and the subordinates. No fault.
