＜Sequence of the Gua（The Ninth Wing of the Commentary）＞：
Taking Action
Principle：517. For taking charge of a sacrificial vessel, no one is more suitable than the eldest son. Thus, after Establishing the New, Taking Action follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
510. You should adopt a cautious heart and a cautious mind in dealing with a new situation before expecting success. If actions against possible trouble are taken with contemplating the past lessons, you will often get the laugh of it afterward once the shock pass by.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Nine：511. When a big shock of a new situation happens, if actions against possible trouble are taken with contemplating the past lessons, you will be free from mistake and get the laugh of it afterward. There will be good fortune.
Second Six：512. In order to take action against the shock and danger of a new situation, it might be necessary for you to take refuge at the safer place with leaving treasures alone. The treasures you lost will come back once the shock pass by.
Third Six：513. The shock of a new situation may startle you. But, if the shock can urge you to correct the errors and take action to make a fresh start, you will be free from troubles.
Fourth Nine：514. You seem to be lost in the darkness because of the sudden shock of a new situation and the pressures from surroundings. The situation looks as if you are stuck in the mud and cannot to move an inch.
Fifth Six：515. Even with the sudden shock of a new situation you are startled, if you take action with fair and sincere and remain calm and at ease, you are able to overcome the dangerous situation without great loss.
Top Six：516. You might encounter the thunder and shock of a new situation from beginning to end and become exhausted. Taking any action will bring misfortune. If the shock has not affected you, but only your neighbors, you should be on the alert and take preventive measures. Then, there will be no fault.
