Significance of the Gua & Yao

＜Sequence of the Gua（The Ninth Wing of the Commentary）＞：
Already Fulfilled
Principle：637. Those who exceed others surely are able to fulfill their duty. Thus, after Little Exceeding, Already Fulfilled follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
630. In general, undertaking a new project is less difficult than maintaining what has been achieved by oneself or one's forefathers. Even if you feel you have achieved your goal, feeling it's good fortune in the beginning, it's also the beginning of disorder and you should prepare for the another new goal which the disorder has induced.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Nine：631. It's risky for you to move forward with being elated by success since things don't always go well the same way as before even if they used to. If you are precautious enough to retreat without hesitation when you feel risky, there will be no fault.
Second Six：632. There might happen a small trouble like loosing your valuable thing, but never mind that too much. The trouble will be fixed spontaneously in a certain period of time.
Third Nine：633. Approaching success is not easy. It's important for you to take preventive measures against possible trouble and carefully take actions to make your own plan work out, which is just like not employing a petty fellow but only bestow reward when he had great merit.
Fourth Six：634. Risk management is the key issue to make the undertaking project successful. It's important for you no only to be watchful all day long to avoid accidents, of course, but to contemplate the countermeasures in advance how to come to an end once a possible trouble happens.
Fifth Nine：635. The one who has achieved his goal and become stable at a glance should not be proud and lose enthusiasm to produce further achievements. You will make it prosperous greatly if you, as a leader of the project, make the business competitive in terms of cost and expense efficiency, not the sales volume expansion only with considering the business environment deeply.
Top Six：636. Even when you've become stable after achieving the climax and success, the situation will not continue for long. Please imagine the situation that you are immersing your head in the water while taking the risk of crossing the river in an unguarded moment. There is danger. When your initial success has reached the final stage, you should maintain the success and prepare for a new beginning.
