Principle：177. When one is humble and full of delight, surely people will come to follow. Thus, after Delight comes Following.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
170. In pursuit of changes and opportunities with steadfast and upright, understanding which way is correct to follow will bring you no fault. However, it's still important to make clear-cut decision on the choice without delay.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Nine：171. There brings good fortune even if you, as being steadfast and upright, change your job or roll following the oppotunity. You will succeed if you go out to communicate widely with people without shutting yourself up in a room.
Second Six：172. When one intends to follow a leader, one should make the right choice. If you make an easy alliance with the younger fellow, you will be deserted by a very important senior person.
Third Six：173. Even though you are at the position of becoming a conduit to communicate between upper and lower without discrimination, you have tendency to follow the upper person after all. There will be no problem if you have a fine intention though.
Fourth Nine：174. Now you are at the position of number two(2) and exercise your power almost overstepping the top executive. Therefore, even if you get what you want by following the big person, on the contrary, which will cause his suspicion. Misfortune, but this cannot be so bad since you are upright and square, making your deeds self-evident.
Fifth Nine：175. You, a leader, and your partner, follower, are both excellent virtuous persons and this situation bodes well. It's very important to select the most suitable and virtuous person to follow. Good fortune.
Top Six：176. Men's minds which gather once widely are inclined to scatter in the end. After all, it's so crucial how you can tie these in and make the relation strong among followers.
