＜Sequence of the Gua（The Ninth Wing of the Commentary）＞：
Joyful
Principle：587. Proceeding humbly makes people feel joy. Thus, after Proceeding Humbly, Joyful follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
580. If you were the leader who work hard in the most upfront field joyfully during the difficult time, all the members of your group would follow you joyfully as well in spite of their own risks, such as even death. The joyfulness of both side, a leader and members, can promote harmonious relationship. On the contrary, seeking the joy out of the central path would cause some problems and resut in regret.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Nine：581. The firmness and fairness of your behavior make others joyful with inward harmony, not flattery. There will be good fortune.
Second Nine：582. The wills of both you and your people seem to be full of truthfulness and sincerity. The friendship based on such sincerity and truthfulness will make people joyful and bring good fortune, of course.
Third Six：583. You seem to have the tendency to please below willingly. Or, the tendency to accept the flattering person with a wicked heart from the outside. There will be misfortune.
Fourth Nine：584. You seem to be deliberating over whom to be joyful with, elder or younger. There is no peace in your heart. Eventually, you should make a decision and refuse to be seduced by the younger. There will be ground for congratulation.
Fifth Nine：585. Once you become at the supreme position, you should be aware of the danger of trusting such a person, who tends to please others to gain benefit from them or misleads them. Your superior in trust might be a sycophant. There is danger.
Top Six：586. Once you have retired with the success, fame and praise, you should enjoy yourself keeping away from earthy things. Your joyfulness with the friends of old days seems to be induced in a wrong direction. Beware of the consequences.
