＜Sequence of the Gua（The Ninth Wing of the Commentary）＞：
Eliminating hesitation
Principle：437. When increase continues to excess, surely it will burst. Thus, after Increasing, Eliminating hesitation follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
430. It's necessary to eliminate the sly and petty men from the management by all means to make the nation or company peaceful and prosperous. The wrongdoings of the evils should be brought to light and appealed to the public loudly, which is the work of justice but also dangerous on the other hand. May you be as much prudent as possible!
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Nine：431. With your power being still too weak, however hard you try to eliminate the sly and petty man at the top position, the time and situation are not appropriate to turn over. A thoughtless action will fail and the problem will be left in the future, too. Please take good care of yourself.
Second Nine：432. When elinimating the sly and petty person at the top position, you should be on the guard against his attack and keep away from the reckless action. Then, there will be no reason for fear.
Third Nine：433. There brings misfortune if you show your decision on your face to eliminate the sly and petty person at the high position. However, you are firm and strong enough to proceed forward while being doubted and criticized by others of responding to the evil. No fault.
Fourth Nine：434. Now you are in taking the initial step to eliminate the sly and petty person at the high position together with the resonating companion. However, it might be quite regrettable that you are not able to believe in what your companions say due to your irresolution which may come from your accountable high position.
Fifth Nine：435. Even though you are the leader who should eliminate the sly and petty person at the high position, you seem to be being coaxed by the evil. However, there will be no fault if you keep your will firmly to eliminate him.
Top Six：436. With a long record of misdeeds, it can call no helpers to its aids. There will be misfortune.
