＜Sequence of the Gua（The Ninth Wing of the Commentary）＞：
Not Yet Fulfilled
Principle：647. The succession of events never ends. Thus, after Already Fulfilled, at the end, Not Yet Fulfilled follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
640. The succession of events never ends. And you seem to be in the disorder situation in which disorder at first takes a dominant position and is eventually replaced by order. Nothing is favorable in this disorder situation, but, discriminating carefully the nature of things and keeping each of them in the proper position will bring a fine viw of the future.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Six：641. If you overlook your limitation and go forward with blind eyes, you will lose without fail. You may suffer humiliation.
Second Nine：642. You seem to have no choice but rely on yourself while digging in, not parading about and striving to outshine others at present. Since you are in the hard time before success, if you act correctly without moving forward blindly and be steadfast and upright, then there will bring good fortune.
Third Six：643. You seem to be still in the dangerous situation, so if you would move forward now rashly, there could bring misfortune. However, since you may have reached the verge of the danger, it will be all right to take any risky action with double extreme caution.
Fourth Nine：644. You seem to have moved out of a danger or darkness, and if you remain steadfast and upright to the end, then there will bring good fortune. However, before the success of a venture, you should mobilize your strength and spirit, and make a great and sustained effort to fulfill your goal.
Fifth Six：645. As a leader, you seem to be gentle and humble, on top of these, truthful and sincere. So, if you remain steadfast and upright, there brings good fortune. There will be no regret.
Top Nine：646. The undertaking project seems to have come close to the success. But, when success is near at hand, most people get dizzy at the prospect and lose self-restraint, resulting in running into trouble. If you pay special attention at the moment before success is achieved, then there will be no fault.
