＜Sequence of the Gua（The Ninth Wing of the Commentary）＞：
Diversity
Principle：387. When the proper way of a household comes to an end, there is surely diversity. Thus, after Household, Diversity follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
380. Diversity is natural and unavoidable since people's lines of vision are different. Surely, it's necessary to avoid the diversity in a big problem, but it will bring a good result in a small problem since they hold the independency and subjectivity. The key here is to seek common ground while reserving differences.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Nine：381. Those who leave with their own accord will come back again in due course of time. You may just leave them to do as they like. In the time of diversity, there will be no fault if you are generous enough to meet a bad person face to face whom you keep a good distance usually.
Second Nine：382. You are able to meet your important superior humbly in the informal place even though you cannot formally do so during the time of diversity. There will be no fault.
Third Six：383. You seem to be in the situation that your hands are being pulled to the opposite directions and you are not able to move at all due to your weak personality. The doubt from the superior will melt in the end and you are able to see him again even if you suffer unfair blame.
Fourth Nine：384. You are likely to be in the diversity and become lonely consequently. However, your sincere wish reaches to the other party, which will make him/her understood mutually. There will be no fault but may meet adversity.
Fifth Six：385. With your weak personality, you may have many regrets as you are in high but unsuitable position. But, you are able to receive truthful support like a clansman's one from your subordinate, which will vanish your regrets. Hereafter, there might be great pleasure if you associate with him without hesitation.
Top Nine：386. You are in the diversity and isolated with a doubtful attitude as you act contrary to reason. But, taking off your colored spectacles and looking carefully, the one is not an enemy but a comrade wooing you. All the doubts will vanish in the end and there brings good fortune.
