＜Sequence of the Gua（The Ninth Wing of the Commentary）＞：

Principle：507. For changing things absolutely, there is nothing better than a ding. Thus, after Abolishing the Old, Establishing the New follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
500. Restructuring the entire company can be a creation for the first time when establishing the new order or system is fulfilled. Establishing the new system or order is important undertaking and the success fully depends on both the complete new personell system and the appropriate appointment of the talented people for the each work.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Six：501. When one establishes a complete new system (or order), one should start from abolishing the old system first of all. And, one should not deny the people working in the old system but continue to employ them after reeducating for the new system. There will be no fault then.
Second Nine：502. As far as establishing the new system or order is concerned, even if you are able and firm enough, you still need to be cautious about whom you should associate with and which direction you should go.
