＜Sequence of the Gua（The Ninth Wing of the Commentary）＞：
Watching
Principle：207. When things become great, they require careful attention. Thus, after Approaching, Watching follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
200. Subordinates are frequently watching your conduct since you've become the leader of the team now. Inner sincerity and virtue are always revealed through your conduct. Please be sure for showing right behavior to set an example for subordinates.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Six：201. Your current idea is watched just like an immature child's one. There is no fault if you are such a non-resposibility person as uneducated inferior one. Since you are mature enough as being a leader, it's shameful if you cannot take a broad and longterm view.
Second Six：202. Your current idea is as narrow as if you watch outside from the crack of a door stealthily. As a mature man of a member of society you should watch with a broad view as well as an open mind, even though there is no fault in the case of a woman who lives in home entirely.
Third Six：203. You need to have time to watch your real condision and own achievement and make a decision about advancing or retreating, not following others blindly. You have an opprtunity to progress to the standpoint of influencing the power more and more hereafter.
Fourth Six：204. You, having been recruited as a right arm of a top executive, need to watch intensively the people's way of working inside the company to evaluate the administration of the company and the virtue of the top executive. You should devote yourself and take an active part as a right arm of the top executive when he is virtuous enough to trust.
Fifth Nine：205. With having reached the top executive now, you should introspect whether what you did is right or wrong by watching the right or wrong of the lifves of your subordinates respectively. Watching and introspection concerning one's own words and deeds are regarded as one of the highest virtue of a leader. No fault.
Top Nine：206. Although having retreated from the world already, your ex-subordinates still watch your words and deeds in order to make them as examples for them. Your introspection and self-examination should not cease, then there is no fault.
