＜Sequence of the Gua（The Ninth Wing of the Commentary）＞：
Increasing
Principle：427. When decreasing reaches its end, surely increasing is certain to come. Thus, after Decreasing, Increasing follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
420. The more benifit one gains, the more increase one should make to those who are below is one the most important virtue of a leader, specially important for the higher position leader like you. Acting like this will bring good fortune when enhancing your business or doing something important.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Nine：421. Even when your position is not suitable for great affairs, you are able to accomplish a great job safely and perfectly with the help from your superior. There will be supreme good fortune.
Second Six：422. You are so gentle and modest that your superior is willing to benifit you regardless of his decrease. This prophecy cannot be changed whatever the fortune-telling you use. However, there only brings good fortune when you remain steadfast and upright to the end since you seem to be so docile.
Third Six：423. You may face to the challenging, urgent and emergent project. Even so, there will be no fault if you have an attitude to overcome the difficulty and benifit yourself by the work. It's important for you to tackle the project sincerely without having any bias. Then, you will be rewarded before long and can expect a further promotion.
