Dispersing
Principle：597. After happiness and joyfulness, there comes dispersing. Thus, after Joyful, Dispersing follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
590. After people have been in the joyfulness caused by a festival for example, their energy disperse, and their focus can be scattered. The centripetal force is necessary to unit again the once dispersed people's focus. At such a time, you should be the leader of great virtue who is ready for dispersing your own accumulated wealth to induce a prosperity of the whole community.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Six：591. You seem to be at the beginning stage of dispersion; Something or your group is about to disperse in pieces. But, the situation is not so serious. With obtaining the help of a strong supporter, it would make possible to rescue the situation. Please ask the help with docile manner, then, there will be good fortune..
Second Nine：592. With being able to take your own view, you will grasp the opportune moment, hurrying to rescue the critical situation of dispersion of your friends. Acting in accord with the time is important, then all regrets will vanish.
Third Six：593. Although you seem to be a selfish and shortsighted person, you are able to overcome the shortcomings and disperse your selfishness. In this way, you can do good for others. There is no regret.
Fourth Six：594. It's splendid for you to show your loyalty and faithfulness to the top executive by dispersing your own group, whichi in turn will lead to gather more better and faithful people around both of you. It's beyond common people's imagination. There will be supreme good fortune.
Fifth Nine：595. As a top executive, you should make a great pronouncement, likened to perspiration dispersing, which will never be without virtue or benefit. To show them the benifit, you even need to disperse your own accumulated wealth to induce a flourishing prosperity of the whole company. Then, there will be no fault.
