＜Sequence of the Gua（The Ninth Wing of the Commentary）＞：
Innermost Sincerity
Principle：617. When restriction is established, then people will be trustworthy. Thus, after Restriction, Innermost Sincerity follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
610. With being sincere and trustworthy, a leader is able to draw people close together with joy no matter how they are wise or silly. Being sincere and trustworthy are able to link with others in union. It's favorable to challenge a big project. Doing it with steadfast and upright will bring good fortune.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Nine：611. Without seeking something other than sincerity and trustworthy, and if you are able to maintain these virtues resolutely, you can be relaxed and at ease. Then, there will be good fortune. Otherwise, you will not at ease.
Second Nine：612. You and your friend seem to get along very well with resonating the sincerity and trustworthiness each other, even though both of you are not close and cannot see each other. Both of you are sure for sharing the merits of the joy of accomplishment each other in the future.
Third Six：613. You seem to be in confusion without any resolute policy when confronting your rival. This is because you are at the loss of sincerity and trustworthness to your top management team. You should remain sincere and trustworthy to avoid being at a loss.
Fourth Six：614. You seem to be at the next position to the top executive, likened to the full moon. Even if you have a friend of mutually trusted and sincere, you may leave him and should decide to follow the top earnestly. There will be no fault.
Fifth Nine：615. You seem to be sincere and trustworthy enough to lead the project team to form a union, linking members hand in hand. There should not be any fault.
Top Nine：616. You seem to be overconfident and cannot take a proper measure of yourself, not saying that you are short of being sincere and trustworthy. It's likened to a cock crowing with its walk strutting and its call rising, but it's stuck on the ground. The overstatement in your overconfidence likened to a cock crowing will bring misfortune even if you remain steadfast.
