Hindrance
Principle：127. Tai is advance without hindrance, but this condition does not remain forever. Thus, after Advance, Hindrance follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
120. You are in the state of hindrance where upper and lower do not intersect at all. For example, the employees of a company owned by dictatorial president are all turning away from him. The sly and petty man manages to take in the president at this time to extend his power. Even with your correctness and good virtue, you will be envied and persecuted if people come around together by your fame. Not standing out is the best choice for you.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Six：121. When a sly and petty man stands up, the same type of fellows usually follow. You better get along with sincere companions, with being steadfast and upright, which will bring good fortune. The power of the petty guy is still weak, but you should be well aware of the danger of the petty.
Second Six：122. Even a sly and petty person's fortunes are rising by his obedience to his boss. You, with enduring mistreatment and keeping the central path by good virtue, will manage to advance without any dispute after all despite of the hindrance and misunderstanding by surroundings.
Third Six：123. You, even though with great virtue, have successfully managed to rise the corporate ladder and found being surrounded by all petty men. With the feeling of shame for success, you need to endure your situation while embracing the shame.
Fourth Nine：124. You already passed the halfway of hindrance. It's near at daybreak. The situation is improving and there will be no fault by obeying to your boss. Happiness can be shared with those who have the like mind clinging together.
Fifth Nine：125. With your demonstrating the power of your great virtue, the situation might be turned around by breaking the hindrance until now. Good fortune. However, please keep watching not to lose your footing since it's not an easy job and reqires a period of time.
Top Nine：126. The obstacle should be removed soon and the time of joy will come in due course even if you have been hindered for long time. The time has come already!
