Principle：137. Events cannot remain hindered. Thus, after Hindrance, Seeking Harmony follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
130. It's necessary for you to be fair and to have the spirit of equality to form alliances that work as independent each other as possible. If so, there will be favorable to challenge a big business by the alliance.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Nine：131. In order to form an alliance, you, first of all, need to go outside of the company's gate and seek friends under open or public environment. There will be no complaint for it.
