Principle：447. After eliminating, surely there will be something to encounter. Thus, after Eliminating, Encountering follows.
＜Significance of the Gua＞：
440. There are a lot of examples that one woman shows up in the group of many men and her evil influence worms its way into them. Then, fights among men may occur in due course and the good relationship of the group will finally deteriorate rapidly. These examples apply to not only encountering a woman but an unworthy person as well. Be cautious as much as possible.
＜Significance of the Yao＞：
First Six：441. An unworthy person has joined your group. It's better to stop its growth at the beginning so its evil influence will not extend any further. However, such a shady person sometimes moves around as one likes, which may bring misfortune if you allow the one to do so.
Second Nine：442. There will be no fault if you restrain the negative force of the unworthy person with resolute attitude. You should not let the one approach and influence to your superior or important guests absolutely.
Third Nine：443. You are not able to woo a woman you like secretly since she has already encountered with your rival and not valued by your superior in the office in addition, which seems to make you very frustrated. It's dangerous situation, but the difficulty of encountering her may restrain possible troubles otherwise rise in the future on the contrary.
Fourth Nine：444. With being hindered by the middle managers, you are not able to grasp the reality of working fields even though you are at the position of the executive manager in the company. Misfortune will arise if you try to accomplish even the good business plan since you are separated from the field people.
Fifth Nine：445. The time of Heaven will come sooner or later that will make an unworthy chap fall into tumble in person while you restrain the one gently and quietly. It could be one of the leader's virtues that one keeps the attitude of concealing one's brilliance and strength secretly and seeing people without discrimination.
Top Nine：446. You don't seem to be able to hear willingly the opinion from the people below since you already accomplished a lot and are proud. Although there is no reason for blame, there is regret.
